Dreams of Dancing - winner of Yearling Colts/Geldings & Hanoverian IBC at Morven Park
Dreams of Dancing is a beautiful friendly 2005 dark bay colt with floating movement and a sweet temperament. He has good conformation with a well placed neck and shoulder that allows for the big movement his sire line is known for.
His sire, De Laurentis, from De Niro/Caprimond breeding, and is also known for his beautiful gaits. At his stallion testing in Germany, he scored 9.17 for his walk 8.73 for his trot and 8.33 for his canter. In addition, he scored 9's for temperament, character, willingness and constitution.
Dreams of Dancing is out of EM Wremy, a refined Walt Disney/Prince Thatch mare. EM Wremy was shown as a three-year-old, and her average breed score was 76.67%. We expect great things from this well bred colt! Dreams of Dancing should mature around 16.2+ hands.

Inspection and Show Results
Dreams of Dancing was Reserve Top Colt at his inspection. The judges were very impressed by the quality and expressiveness of his movement.
Dreams of Dancing was shown at the Morven Park Summer Breed Shows I and II. We were delighted with the results. In MPSBS I, his first show, he placed 2nd in Yearling Colts/Geldings and 3rd in the Hanoverian IBC with a score of 78%. A great first show. In his second show, MPSBS II, he was the WINNER of both the Yearling Colts/Geldings and the Hanoverian IBC! His high score of the day was 78.3%. The judges were especially impressed with his expressiveness, the elasticity in his movement, and his ability to use his hindquarters.
Dreams of Dancing showed well at Dressage at Lexington with 3rds in both the Yearling Colts/Geldings and the Hanoverian Classes. His average score was 72.3%
Dreams of Dancing�s final shows of the season were Moven Park�s August �Too Hot To Trot� series. He did very well WINNING one of the Hanoverian IBCs with a score of 79.6%. He placed in all of his classes with and average score of 77.9%. Both judges made favorable comments, about both his conformation - �Good rectangle type� good front� Strongly built hind quarters� and his movement � �Good thru the back� shows good rhythm and suspension� up hill balance�
His average score for the 5 shows he competed at is 75.77% We are very pleased with Dreams of Dancing�s show season and to quote one of the judges �he is an excellent dressage prospect�.
