Well bred modern type Hanoverian
German for Ballet Dancer, here's a super dressage prospect. Look at the genes, then look at this horse. Ballett-Tanzer is a 2004 flashy chestnut colt with 4 white socks and a white stripe on his face. His sire Bordeaux was reserve Champion at his 100-Day testing and had a successful FEI dressage career which included being long listed with the USET. His progeny are competing successfully in all levels of dressage, including Grand Prix. Others have been successful in the hunter ring, as well as in the breed ring. "Bordeaux babies" are known for their wonderful temperament and trainability, and "Tanzer" is a shining example of these traits. The USEF Horse of the Year Brentina, ridden by dressage rider Debbie McDonald, is also from the Bolero/Grande bloodline
Ballett-Tanzer's dam Winesome is a daughter of the legendary Weltmeyer who is considered by many to be the most influential Hanoverian stallion of the century. He was champion of his 100 day testing, Bundeschampion and the DLG winner. He was the Hanoverian Stallion of the year in 1998 and the USEF number 1 stallion in 2003, even though he stands in Germany. Ballett-Tanzer is a refined, very well bred modern type Hanoverian with eye catching movement and a bright and sensible mind. He loves attention, is a real sweetheart, and has excellent ground manners. . With his kindness and generous heart, he would be a wonderful choice for a good young rider or amateur to bring along up through the levels. "Tanzer's" grand parents, Weltmeyer, Bolero, Grande and Werther no doubt would be proud of this descendant. In so many ways he seems to have the best of each.
SOLD!Congradulations to Erika Fleury of PA, on the purchase of Ballett-Tanzer. We look forward to someday seeing the pair compete in FEI dressage.
